Comprehensive and holistic OT assessment including (but not limited to): - person-centred goal setting based on your priorities and areas of daily living you wish to focus on - environment optimisation - falls prevention - maximising strength and confidence - kitchen / cooking assessment - bathroom / personal care assessment - accessing community and local activities and groups We focus on empowering individuals and promote inclusion and engagement that directly improves overall health and wellbeing. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before the course start time. Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the course. For Group Moving and Handling courses, a maximum of 10 participants is allowed per session. For Individual Carer Training, a maximum of 5 people can attend per session.
